Alpine SG acquired the digital freight management platform Trucker Tools

ASG, a company on a mission to buy, build, and operate market-leading vertical SaaS companies, acquired Trucker tools. Trucker Tools is a digital freight management platform that provides capacity management, predictive freight matching, automated booking, real-time GPS-based visibility, and digital workflow solutions for the transportation industry. It is ASG’s 35th acquisition to date, and carries forward its investment in the logistics space.

Xanadu Realty enters strategic partnership with Leadsquared to grow Sales Engagement

Leadsquared is a tech-backed real estate CRM Platform. It has partnered with the real estate business acceleration firm Xanadu Realty to digitize its operations. Xanadu Realty aims to grow its footprint in the Indian market owing to technical acceleration brought forth by Leadsquared.

Vitrina AI is designed to track and facilitate international video content transactions. It can track deals across the global video entertainment industry, covering more than 30 countries at launch and can rapidly scale to more markets thanks to technological integrations like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP)  that generate unified, structured datasets from disparate sources.

Salesforce and Amazon Web Services announce ‘strategic partnership’ to artificial intelligence-infused applications

The partnership is aimed at simplifying the applications development process to harness the cloud provider’s services and connect data across their respective technologies. Customers will be able to make use of AWS’s voice, video and artificial intelligence (AI) services natively with Salesforce business applications.

Mumbai-based BrowserStack becomes the most valued VC-backed SaaS to enter the Indian Unicorn Club. 

Browserstack raised $200 million in a Series B round led by US-based investment firm BOND, at a valuation of $4 billion. Insight Partners and existing investor Accel also participated in the recent funding round.

Browserstack plans to use the capital infusion to scale its global presence, expand product offering, and enable strategic acquisitions.
